Other airports including Doncaster Sheffield Airport (DSA, 1hr), Birmingham Airport (BHX, 1hr 30mins), Manchester Airport (MAN, 2hrs) and London airports (2hrs 30mins) are well connected to Nottingham by road and rail networks.
Nottingham Train Station is a 10 minute walk from the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham. East Midlands Railway operate regular trains to Nottingham from most major cities. Visit East Midlands Railway for timetable and fare information.
Overseas visitors may be interested in purchasing an advance BritRail pass. Tickets can be purchased up to 6 months before departure to Great Britain and must be purchased in advance of arrival. BritRail passes are not available to buy once you have arrived in Great Britain.
Nottingham City Centre is less than a 30 minute drive from the M1 via the A52. Brown tourism road signs signposting the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham are visible on all major routes into the city to guide you to the venue.
You can purchase a ticket for our Motorpoint Arena car park (NG2 4LA) and park an easy few minutes walk away from the venue. Download the RingGo app or pay at the pay-and-display machines situated in the car park with coins or credit/debit card (AMEX is not accepted).
Nottingham is connected by an excellent tram network. The trams run across the city from neighbouring towns as well as park & ride car parks. All tram routes pass through Nottingham Train Station and the closest tram stop to the Motorpoint Arena is the Lace Market stop on Fletcher Gate.
