ABOUT THE WJSYSC2020

We look forward to welcoming you to Nottingham for the ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships® 2020 where over 20 international teams of 16 skaters will come together to compete for the world title.

Attracting the most elite junior-level synchronized skating teams from around the world, the title is currently held by 2019 victors, Team Junost Junior of Russia.

WELCOME TO NOTTINGHAM

Known around the world as the home of the famous folklore hero Robin Hood, Nottingham is a city brimming with culture, history, sport, shopping, arts and green spaces.

Situated in the centre of England, there are so many things to see and do in the historic city during your time at the ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships® 2020.

THE VENUE

The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is a premier entertainment arena which hosts the biggest names in international music, sport and comedy. This will be the competition venue for WJSYSC2020.

Right next door is the National Ice Centre, which will be the WJSYSC2020 practice rink. With outstanding ice sports facilities, it's famed for being the home of Olympic ice-skating legends, Jayne Torvill & Christopher Dean.
